Chord #43 - Fmin9(add b6)
This is a tonic Aeolian voicing. Typically, a b6 would not be included in a minor chord but in contemporary music, this is often a desirable chord color. This same voicing could also be analyzed as a Bbmin7(add13)/F. This of course depends on how you use it in a progression.
For the musical example, I played a chord melody phrase that relies on voiceleading more than actual chord function.
