This chord can be used for both a DbMaj7 (Lydian) or Db7 (Lydian b7) chord because I did not include the 7th in the voicing. In the line, I also only used five notes (2,3,#4,5 and 6) from the Db Lydian or Db Lydian b7 scale. Sometimes it is useful to have a voicing or a line that leaves out some notes - this enables it to be easily used in several different situations.
