This is an altered dominant chord that uses the open B string as part of the chord. For today's example, instead of a single note line - I have a chord melody example that incorporates today's chord in a progression. This is a II-V-I in Bb Major which means that the basic chords are Cmin7 to F7 to BbMaj7.
