This is a cool Amin7 voicing that can also be viewed as a Csus2 over an A bass note. For the musical example today, I did a jazz-funk inspired vamp that uses this voicing as one of the chords. It features interplay between the bass line and the chord part so I would recommend playing this fingerstyle or with hybrid picking technique.
